Manage your team with full control and easy organization.
Invite team members to your Worship Online account and assign their access levels. Use built-in filters and sorting tools to keep everything organized, no matter how big your team grows.
Navigate to your Team Page
Click your profile image.
Select Team from the dropdown menu.
From here, you can view and manage all team members.
Invite a Team Member
Click the "Invite team member" button at the top of the Team page.
Enter the team member's name and email address.
Choose their access level (see access level options below).
(Optional) Select the instruments they play or assign them to a group.
Click Send invitation.
Access Level Options
Leader: Full access to all tools + can manage team members and set lists.
Setlist Planner: Can create and manage set lists, but cannot manage team members.
Musician/Vocalist: Access to learning tools and videos only; no team management.
What Happens After Sending an Invite?
The team member will receive an email invitation.
Once they accept, they’ll set up their account.
If they haven’t accepted, you’ll see a "Resend Invitation" option beside their name.
Note: If someone can't find their invite, have them check their spam or junk folder.
Manage Team Members
Use the search bar to find team members.
Use the filters on the left to sort by access level, instrument, or group.
Member Details & Actions
Pencil icon: Edit member info (name, email, delete, etc.).
Calendar icon: View upcoming set lists they’re in.
Plus icon: Add/remove from groups or set lists.
View their last login, access level, and instruments.
Organize Your Team
Create groups to categorize members.
Sort alphabetically or by filters (e.g., instrument, group, access level).
Mobile App
You can also invite your team members following a similar process within the mobile app. Just select the "account" tab and then "team members." Select "invite team member" and then follow the steps.

How do I invite a new team member?
Go to your Team page by clicking your profile image, then selecting Team. Click Invite team member, enter their name and email, choose an access level, and click Send Invitation.
What are the different team member access levels?
Leader: Full access + can manage team members and create set lists.
Setlist Planner: Full access + can create and manage set lists only.
Musician/Vocalist: Full access to learning tools, but cannot manage teams or set lists.
How do I know if someone hasn’t accepted their invite?
If a team member hasn't accepted, you'll see a Resend Invitation option next to their name.
What if my team member didn’t receive the invitation email?
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. You can also click Resend Invitation to send it again.
How do I delete a team member from my account?
To delete a team member, select the pencil icon next to their name and scroll to the bottom of that pop-up. Select "DELETE."
Can I organize team members into groups?
Yes. Use the Group feature on the Team page to organize members, then filter by group, instrument, or access level.
How do I edit a team member’s details?
Click the pencil icon next to their name to edit their info.
How do I assign instruments or add members to a group or set list?
Click the plus (+) icon next to their name to add or remove them from groups or set lists.
How do I see which set lists a team member is part of?
Click the calendar icon next to a team member’s name to view all upcoming set lists they’re scheduled in.
