Save time and keep everyone on the same page by building and scheduling your setlist directly within Worship Online.

Check out the video below for a detailed walkthrough!

Create a New Set List

  1. Go to your Set Lists page.

  2. Click New Set List.

  3. Choose:

    • Personal Set List (just for you)

    • Team Set List (invite and schedule team members – only available for team accounts)

  4. Enter a title, and optionally add:

    • Rehearsal and service dates/times

    • Notes for your team

  5. Click Save. Your set list will be saved in Draft mode.

Add Songs to a Set List

You can add songs in three ways:

  • From the set list: Start typing the song name and click to add it.

  • From any page: Click Add to Set List, select the set list, or create a new one.

  • Hover over a song: Click the plus (+) icon, then choose the set list.

Once added, your songs appear in the set list.

Song Options

For each song, you can:

  • Change the key (defaults to original key)

  • Print a chart in the selected key

  • Open the tutorial to learn the song

  • Add to Planning Center (purple icon = already added)

  • Reorder or remove songs using drag-and-drop or the X icon

Add Team Members to a Set List

Assign Roles

After adding a team member, assign their specific role:

  • Instruments: e.g., Electric 1, Electric 2, Bass, Drums, Main Keys, Aux Keys, etc.

  • Vocals: Assign Lead, Tenor, Alto, or Soprano

  • Other: Assign specific parts as available per song

Tip: Clear role assignments help reduce confusion and improve team readiness.
