Save time and keep everyone on the same page by building and scheduling your setlist directly within Worship Online.

Create a New Set List
Go to your Set Lists page.
Click New Set List.
Choose:
Personal Set List (just for you)
Team Set List (invite and schedule team members – only available for team accounts)
Enter a title, and optionally add:
Rehearsal and service dates/times
Notes for your team
Click Save. Your set list will be saved in Draft mode.
Add Songs to a Set List
You can add songs in three ways:
From the set list: Start typing the song name and click to add it.
From any page: Click Add to Set List, select the set list, or create a new one.
Hover over a song: Click the plus (+) icon, then choose the set list.
Once added, your songs appear in the set list.
Song Options
For each song, you can:
Change the key (defaults to original key)
Print a chart in the selected key
Open the tutorial to learn the song
Add to Planning Center (purple icon = already added)
Reorder or remove songs using drag-and-drop or the X icon
Add Team Members to a Set List
Click the plus (+) under Band Members or select Add/Edit Band.
Use the filters to find team members by:
Name
Instrument
Group
Click a member to add them.
Assign Roles
After adding a team member, assign their specific role:
Instruments: e.g., Electric 1, Electric 2, Bass, Drums, Main Keys, Aux Keys, etc.
Vocals: Assign Lead, Tenor, Alto, or Soprano
Other: Assign specific parts as available per song
Tip: Clear role assignments help reduce confusion and improve team readiness.
Remove Team Members
Click the team member again and confirm to remove them from the set.
Publish and Share Your Set List
Toggle off Draft Mode at the top.
Click Confirm. This will:
Mark the set list as Shared
Send email and in-app notifications to team members
Make the set list accessible to invited team members
Note: Leaders and Set List Planners can also view and edit shared set lists.
Note: If you add a new team member after publishing, they’ll receive an immediate invite email and notification.
Understand the Set Lists Page
View upcoming, draft, and past set lists.
See which sets you've accepted or are part of.
Filter by:
Draft or Shared
Personal or Team
All set lists
Note: Draft set lists created by others are grayed out.
Delete a Set List
Open the set list.
Click Edit Set List.
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Set List.
